A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total session price reserves the selected appointment through Square.
A curated unedited JPEG proof gallery is typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Standard final editing is delivered 7–10 business days after selections are submitted.
No. Original RAW files are never delivered. Clients receive curated unedited JPEG proofs and the professionally edited final images included with the purchased collection.
Yes. Additional professionally edited images are available for $20 each beyond the quantity included with the collection.
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Less notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Yes. Killeen is prioritized, with surrounding Central Texas and Austin sessions available depending on the service, schedule, and applicable travel fees.
